Fitting services
Carpet fitting is the heart of what I do — whether it's carpet I've supplied or one you've bought online, in a shop or from a wholesaler. Twist pile, loop, wool and saxony are all cut, seamed and stretched properly, with underlay, gripper and door bars supplied where needed.
Carpet fittingStraight flights, winders, bullnose and box steps — capped, waterfall or fully wrapped to the spindles. Wilton and tartan runners are a favourite, and stair rods can be fitted too.
Stair carpet & runner fittingKitchens, bathrooms, utilities and hallways, with cushioned or standard sheet vinyl cut tight to skirtings and around toilets, sinks and units, finished with neat trims and threshold bars.
Sheet vinyl fittingFor homeowners, landlords and rental voids, I can measure the whole property in one visit and fit room after room — using your own carpet or with hard-wearing carpet supplied.
Full houses & landlord work8mm, 10mm and 12mm underlay, door bars, thresholds and gripper rods can all be supplied and fitted. I can also lift your old carpet and underlay so the new floor goes down on a clean base (disposal not included).
